September Affirmations: Week Three

“I get to take up space.”

When to Use It:
In situations where you feel small, silenced, or unsure if your needs matter — meetings, family dynamics, or social settings.

How to Use It:

  • Whisper it before speaking up or setting a boundary.
  • Journal how you shrink yourself and what it would look like to expand.
  • Use it while practicing assertiveness in the mirror.

Why It Helps:
This affirmation confronts internalized messaging around worth, especially for women, people of color, and those socialized to appease.
