September Affirmations: Week two

“I can feel this and still be okay.”

When to Use It:
When you’re overwhelmed by big emotions — grief, anger, anxiety — and start to fear they’ll consume you.

How to Use It:

  • Repeat during moments of emotional flooding.
  • Pair it with grounding techniques (deep breathing, tapping).
  • Use it during therapy or after difficult conversations.

Why It Helps:
It reminds you that emotions are waves — intense but temporary. You are more resilient than you feel in the moment.
